Book on young people and dating launched
Nine Transition Year students from St Paul’s Secondary School, Oughterard, Co Galway, have written, designed and produced “Life’s Real Fairytale”.
It is hoped that the booklet, on young people and dating, will be used to help teenagers around the country. It was launched today (Dec 10) by Domestic Violence Response in Oughterard.
The booklet contains information about warning signs in dating. Domestic Violence Response has written to Education Minister Batt O'Keeffe to discuss the possibility of adding it to the secondary school curriculum. (Source: Galway Bay FM)
