Website introduces 5-year olds to world of finance
A new website has been launched, aimed at helping parents and teachers to educate children between the ages of five and seven about money.
Created by National Irish Bank to support the national school curriculum, the site consists of an online universe that introduces children to basic financial literacy skills through different games and online exercises.
The bank developed the site in collaboration with experts in e-learning, including media researchers, child psychologists, representatives from teacher training organisations and online media experts. Try it out at www.moneyville.ie (Source: ENN)
